As from 31st October 2004, the Financial Services Authority will be regulating most types of mortgage business in the UK. Blue-print Mortgages Ltd are authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority to conduct mortgage business and our FSA number is 301292.

The Financial Services Authority will also be regulating General Insurance as from 14th January 2005 and Blue-print Mortgages Ltd will also be authorized for this class of business under the same permission.

Please note that not all types of mortgage are regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Some types of mortgage contract, specifically “buy-to-let” mortgages are not regulated.
